This is my first home purchase in India and I bought it for my mom and in the future for ourselves. We were little nervous because my mom lived all her life in Chennai and not sure if she would like Coimbatore. Last July, we stayed in Coimbatore for 3 days mainly to check if my my mom is comfortable with the city and also to check on senior living homes. We visited few places on the first day and when I was reading news on thehindu.com I saw an NNRC ad. I called them and their Sales person was very polite and courteous. We had a packed schedule the next day and so we told the sales person that we could only come early in the morning. He understood our situation and accommodated us. The next day early in the morning we went to NNRC, we loved the location alot, and ended up spending lot of time there, which delayed our schedule. We proceeded as per the plan and visited other places. We narrowed down to two senior living homes, and finally choose NNRC for their location, open space, land area and courteous team. They have been updating me and my husband on the site progress regularly by videos and photos and I am quite happy with thier service so far. During my visit to India this time I again visited NNRC and noticed a good progress. They have already constructed a part of the community center, and it was amazing, it looks like the ones in movies or high end resorts. My villa is shaping up quiet nicely too.

Nice place to retire. Good work on community center. Suggest you advertise more in US. Particularly in our place Edison, NJ.

Huge & high end open community hall and small number of units for a big area of land .... this truly is an American standard in India.... Ideal location between Isha and Coimbatore.
